to alleviate pain, release tension, stiffness and tightness in your back neck and shoulders
to allow you more freedom of movement and alleviate pain.
The movements are gentle and flowing with gentle stretching and twisting to massage your spine and wring out any stagnation that may be causing pain in your back neck and shoulders.
