Class Description

This is a 1 hour class and it’s taught in an easy to follow, step by step class.  Step into your own power and learn the dynamic powerful movements of the Tiger form, from the White Tiger 5 Element Qigong, combined with a standing meditation, Meridian Qigong warm up exercises and we will close the practice with the 5 Element standing meditation . You will transform Greif, Sadness & Stress  into Happiness, Joy and High Self Esteem.

This  Qigong is a dynamic form that combines deep rhythmic and strong powerful movements along with Qigong meditation, deep Qigong breathing techniques and a strong, focused spirit.

Tiger Qigong works on opening up your lungs to allow your capacity to breathe and expelling what no longer serves you.

You will strengthen the legs and muscles around the knees and open up tight chest & shoulders as it engages the  Arm Lines through the deep twisting combined with the pushing forward and pulling backwards this allows the tight fascia to unwind to give you more freedom of movement with increased flexibility & mobility.

In this class you are  squeezing toxins and emotions out of the organs like a sponge, and wringing out the meridians like a towel then  stretching the body to open the area up, leaving you feeling peaceful, relaxed and focused.

Tiger is associated with the Metal element with the lung organ and the emotion associated with the lungs is grief and sadness . In this class you will transform emotions to leave you feel healthier, happier and emotionally balanced.
