My Intention for you on the day is to switch off the stress response and switch on the relaxation response to allow for greater health and wellbeing.
Reconnect with yourself and enrich your wellbeing to feel deeply relaxed but also feel vibrantly alive by diving deep into the 3 Levels of Relaxation through movement, breath & meditation.
1. Physical Relaxation – being able to relax in a posture
2. Relaxation of the muscles and meridians
3. Relaxation of the internal organs and then the bones.
When you reach a state of relaxation your body, spirit & emotional mind will be more relaxed. You will then feel more connected to your yourself by feeling relaxed, peaceful, calmer and a great sense of lightness in your body & mind.
