What is Qigong ?
Qi” (chee) means air or energy, while “gong” means work or refined skill . Qi is your “life energy,” “life force,” or “energy flow.” In traditional Chinese culture, Qì (also chi or ch’i) is an active principle forming a part of any living thing. Qi is the central underlying principle in Chinese medicine and martial arts. The translation of “Qi” is “breath”, “air” or “gas.” To put it simply, Qigong is an exercise and skill of harmonising the spirit, body, and breath to achieve “oneness.”

There are many styles of Qigong available but White Tiger Qigong is a very unique style of Qigong, it’s a complete holistic training method so it is important to understand what makes White Tiger Qigong style unique.
White Tiger Qigong are Taoist Qigong exercises that harmonize the body, breath and mind. White Tiger Qigong specialises in extremely dynamic Qigong exercises known well in Wuyi Mountain and Wudang Mountain but has very little exposure in the West. Specialties include longevity & medical Qigong, breathing techniques, meditation, and Qigong based martial arts.

3 Stages of Training
