The 5 Element Qigong system is part of the White Tiger Qigong Trinity system.
The 5 Element classes includes five powerful forms, named after five powerful animals. Each form is associated with an element, a color, an organ, and an emotion,
The 5 Element classes are a dynamic form that combines deep rhythmic movements of five different animals, Qigong meditation, deep Qigong breathing techniques and a strong, focused spirit.
Each animal form works to heal and bring into balance the internal organs and the meridians of the body. These animal forms each represent a different element of the 5 Elements of Chinese Medicine, which are each associated with a different internal organ and related meridian.
This Qigong works by squeezing out toxins and emotions out of the organs like a sponge, then dynamically stretching the body to open the area up leaving you feeling peaceful, relaxed and focused.

Bespoke Well-being Classes
One to one classes
If you would like to have a private session with a more individualised approach or if you want to work on a specific issue, ie. back, neck, shoulder, physical pain or excessive emotions etc. This would be the best option for you.
During a session we will work together and discuss and evaluate your goals and needs.
I will prescribe a Medical Qigong exercise program tailored specifically to you using physical movement, breathing methods and mental intention to correct and restore the function within your body, this will help with your ongoing healing and bring your Body-Mind into a harmonious state of balance .
Group Classes
If you and your friends or family would like to have your very own private group class and learn qigong and have some fun with each other , then this would be the perfect option for you. Classes can be tailored to your groups needs.
A minimum of 6 is required for private Group classes.
